Carrot Apple Raisin Salad

- 2-3 carrots
- 1-2 apples
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- ¼ cup tahini
- ⅛-¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ½ TBL soy sauce or ½ tsp salt (optional)
- Grate the carrots and apples
- Combine in a medium bowl
- Add raisins and dill and mix
- Combine tahini, lemon juice and soy sauce/salt in a small bowl and mix well
- Pour over salad and stir to coat
