Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Nama Shoyu or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well, or whisk together in a bowl.
  2. You can replace the vinegar with lemon juice or lime juice for citrus flavor.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to a month
