Ingredients
  • 1 ear of corn per person
  • 1 TBL olive oil or flax or hemp oil per ear
  • ½ TBL nutritional yeast per ear
  • 1 TBL lemon or lime juice per ear
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Shuck corn and remove silk
  2. Since with cold water
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in a low flat dish that is large enough to fit an ear of corn in.
  4. Roll each ear of corn in the mixture to coat evenly.
  5. Marinate for 30 minutes or more in your dehydrator at 110˚
  6. Or marinate for 30 minutes without the dehydrator.
  7. Enjoy!
