Or you realize that you would rather enjoy a walk to see the city lights and you ask if any one would like to join you.
You’re confident, determined and empowered. You know what to say to yourself. How to handle those around you. How to be prepared in advance so potential problems are less likely to be an issue.
And most of all you know how to use these kinds of experiences as learning experiences for continued self growth so that you can keep evolving on your Whole & Healthy journey.
It’s knowing how to use every experience you encounter to help you move forward, rather than knocking you off track. This is the missing puzzle piece for breaking free from the on-again off-again, yo-yo struggle of making your Whole & Healthy lifestyle work for you in the real world.
It’s the real-world navigation skills that allow you to stick to your convictions to your Whole & Healthy self no matter what life brings your way. Combined with Mind Food–the Whole & Healthy skills and techniques, and Spirit Food–your connection with your inner power and purpose, you’ll be unstoppable!
