If you are like me and so many people, especially women, you are feeling stressed out, over worked and over whelmed. This is not healthy or sustainable. How is your physical, mental and spiritual self suffering because you don’t have time for Self Care? What dreams and goals are you not fulfilling because you just don’t have the time or energy to do it?

This is what I find my coaching clients get stuck on. They often know what to do but can’t make it happen because they are so busy taking care of everyone and everything else. If you really want to be your healthy best and be able to bring your best focus, energy and self to what you do at work, with your family and friends and in your life in general you MUST find a way to Take Time For Self Care.

In this course we’ll ditch the mindset that makes us put ourselves last and replace it with one that recognizes that we deserve more. We’ll look at how you got to where you are now and what is keeping you stuck there. You’ll explore what you would love to see in your Self Care Routine and the figure out how to make it happen!
