Veganism is growing in popularity in the Afrikan (people of African descent) community. There are more and more black folks on the internet providing support and information about veganism and vegetarianism. Here are some you may want to check out. These are all sites that are doing more than promoting products or services.

A. Breeze Harper – The Sistah Vegan Project (Here is my interview with Breeze.)
Afya Ibomu – Nattral Living Afya is the author of Vegan Soulfood Guide To the Galaxy.
Monique – Brown Vegan and her YouTube Channel
Vanya Francis and Shavonna Sumlin – Om Point Yoga While this is yoga business they also share tips and info about healthy eating.
Frugivore – Not totally vegetarian but does offer profiles of vegetarians and other veggie resources.
Tasha Edwards – The Sweetest Vegan YouTube channel shows you how to make all kinds of vegan food. (Not all of it is real healthy but if you are craving that down-home taste of … she may be able to show you how to veganize it.)
rawrawlife – This YouTube channel is focused on raw food and juicing.
Esosa E – Raw Girl In A Toxic World
