You’ll have a harder time staying on the less traveled path of eating plant-based and turning your back on the unhealthy behaviors the current society tells us are normal and desirable.

It’s what I do to make sure I’m not derailed and distracted by the things in the world that could cause me to feel like just giving up and eating a hamburger and crawling back into bed.
