Last year I was thrilled to get to chat with my friend Natasha Brewley a.k.a. Chef Beee about the healing journey of self love and acceptance for her Healing Me First podcast. It was a wonderful conversation. This week she published the episode on YouTube. In it I shared a bit about my personal healing journey, why it’s so important and what you can do for your own Whole & Healthy healing journey.
This journey is a key part of the work that I do with my clients because it creates a strong foundation for you to be able to build a Whole & Healthy lifestyle that is enjoyable and sustainable. When you have a loving relationship with yourself you are able to feel safe enough to explore and examine your behaviors and feelings and patterns honestly, and discover where you can grow and heal.
It’s these areas that, when unaddressed, can keep you spinning your wheels and falling off the Whole & Healthy wagon over and over again. Even when you know better.
Rather than beating yourself up about it, self-love opens the door to replacing old beliefs about your worthiness and what is possible for you, so you can break through your inner glass ceiling, stick to your convictions and move forward towards being your healthy best.
It’s a liberating, transformative journey that allows you to step into the fullness of who you are and bring your magic and gifts to your work, relationships and life.
