Eating healthy over the holidays is not only possible it can be delicious. This past weekend we hosted our annual holiday pot-luck. The event has two purposes. First is to gather and enjoy a festive meal and afternoon with others who are on a similar dietary path. Second is to share recipes that are holiday worthy and can be added to the holiday dinners to come. It is an event we do each year for folks who have been through our programs.
It was a beautiful and tasty spread. Most of the dishes were raw. All were vegan. All were delicious. Some of the recipes are here in the Recipe Box. The rest I will be posting the over the next few days.
