This is a twist on the traditional Caesar salad created because I had an abundance of kale that needed to be eaten. This is a quick and super easy recipe.
Ingredients
- ½ bunch kale washed and torn into bite sized pieces
- ½ head romaine or green leaf lettuce
- 1 avocado cubed
- 1 batch living foods Caesar Dressing
- 3 TBL Rawmesan cheese
Place greens and avocado in a bowl. Add dressing and toss well. Garnish with the rawmesan cheese.
Feel free to add olives, other chopped veggies or other greens to suit your tastes or to help clear out your refrigerator. 🙂
