Here’s my whole and healthy approach to aging well and making my senior years the best time of my life. In my last video I talked about the elephant and the six blind men and how the way we are approaching health, our lifestyles, really most everything in this modern society is looking at healthy like the six blind men. (look at the video back here to hear that story) But in general, it means like we’re looking at things piece by piece and focusing on one segment of something when it’s really the whole thing put together that matters. And that goes for aging and living a abundant life well into our senior years and living as long as possible in a vital and way.
I’m now 68 years old and so I see that number of 70 coming up and It’s kind of mind-boggling! I can still vividly remember thinking, “Wow, in five years I’ll be 20.” And here I am many, many, many years later!
I wouldn’t go back to those 20s, to those 30s, to those 40s, any of those years. I wouldn’t go back to those. I am enjoying being exactly how old I am.
