Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing

A full-bodied dressing that can be used on your salads or as a dip.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 TBL apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TBL Nama Shoyu
  • 2 TBL lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 TBL fresh herbs – oregano or basil or a combination OR 1 TBL dried herbs

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or a mini food processor and blend until smooth. Store in a air tight container in your refrigerator.
