A full-bodied dressing that can be used on your salads or as a dip.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 TBL apple cider vinegar
- 2 TBL Nama Shoyu
- 2 TBL lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 TBL fresh herbs – oregano or basil or a combination OR 1 TBL dried herbs
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or a mini food processor and blend until smooth. Store in a air tight container in your refrigerator.
