How many ways can you add kale to a recipe? How about a kale cheeze spread/pate? Use it in nori rolls, to fill garden wraps, to stuff peppers or avocados, top tomatoes, or thin and use as a dressing or sauce. This recipe is part of my 50 Shades Of Vegan Kale Challenge.
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds soaked for at least one hour then drained and soaked
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 onion chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- ground pepper to taste
- 1/4 jalapeño pepper (optional)
Place all ingredients into your food processor and process until you have a creamy consistency. Taste and add more salt or pepper as needed.
