I have heard people ask “What do vegans eat for breakfast?” on many occasions. To help answer that question in this video I explore three approaches to creating a satisfying plant-based breakfast.
Approach #1 is Same-Same but vegan. By using plant-based alternatives you can enjoy many of the same breakfasts that you always have.
Approach #2 is Healthier and delicious. Incorporating raw or mostly raw options will help you start your day on the right foot.
Approach #3 is Dinner for Breakfast. You’ve probably had breakfast for dinner. Why not use your leftovers or other less common breakfast dishes?
