I’ll bet that most of us who have chosen a vegan or plant-based lifestyle will hear this question at one point or another. When someone hears that you don’t eat ANY animal products, that being vegan means NO, you don’t even eat fish, and NO, you don’t eat cheese—they can’t imagine what you could possibly eat beyond lettuce and carrot sticks.
Of course the truth is that there’s an amazing (and delicious) variety of food that graces a vegan’s plate. I don’t know about you but I think I eat a wider variety of food now than I did before.
SO…
I am working on a project to proudly proclaim this amazing bounty of vegan food. But I need some help. I need to know…. “What Do You EAT!?!?!”
