I love hearing from you and hearing your questions. Today’s video is a response to a recent question I received from an email subscriber. It’s a question I’ve heard before and something I wondered about too when I was a new vegan. Why am I hungry all the time when I’m eating vegan?
I found I needed to eat more often at first until my body got used to my new diet and I got used to what a full VEGAN belly feels like as opposed to what a full meat eaters belly feels like. It was one of the many adjustments I learned to make when I was going vegan.
The solution to always feeling hungry is two-fold. One part is making sure you are eating enough of the right foods. The other part is adjusting your thinking to fit your new way of life. Get all the details in the video.
