My Experience 30 Days Eating ONLY Fruit

I just completed a 30 day Fruit Feast. During that time I ate only raw, ripe, sweet and juicy fruit. (Except one day when I added some kale to a smoothie. I explain why in the video.) I joined Mark Blake’s Friends and Family Fast for the second time because I enjoyed it so much when I did it in January.

Fruit fasting/feasting is a great alternative to juice fasting. It’s easy, satisfying, and, I found I could stick to it longer. It has also helped me to change my relationship with food. Now on the other side, I am primed to continue improving the way I eat as I continue on my lifelong journey to Wholeness and Healthiness. I have a strong suspicion that fruit feasting will be a regular part of my self care routine the way juice fasting used to be.

In this video I share why you might want to do a fruit feast, how to do it, and what to watch out for.
