Building a healthy lifestyle means building healthy habits. It means stopping unhealthy habits like drinking soda and starting healthier habits like drinking water. A habit tracker can be a big help. Since I’ve started using my habit tracker I’ve been able to consistently stick to my daily habits. In this video I’ll show you how to use your own habit tracker to create healthy habits and a healthier lifestyle.
There have been some healthy habits that have been hard for me to establish and maintain. I’ll do good for a few days or weeks then my focus and resolve dwindles. Before long I’ve stopped altogether. That all changed when I started using a habit tracker. It’s keeping on track with regular exercise, and building a daily routine that supports my physical, emotional and spiritual health.
I discovered the power of a habit tracker when I started doing a bullet journal. I keep my tracker in my journal. The journal itself has been a great tool but you can use the habit tracker without the journal.
